Cala Blanc 2021

This vintage of Cala Blanc possesses an intense aromatic bouquet of exotic fruit, pineapple and white peach. The nose also features a mineral aspect, with flinty notes made more complex by delicate hints of wood. This wine attacks with lovely freshness combined with viscosity from its maturation on lees in barrels. A nice balance between acidity and smoothness comes out on the palate. The finish is refreshing and bright, accompanied by a touch of citrus zest.
